My group and I are having a fieldtrip on 11/5/07 to my dad's friend Om Kusnanda. He is working in the BPPT. He is a proffesor. My group and i will ask many question to him. The day before the fieldtrip we had prepared the questions to be ask. Every person in my group need to make 5 questions to be ask.

Recycling is one way of preventing climate change. Recycling, reducing and reusing are ways to prevent climate change. Therefore my group and I chose to recycle newspaper and turn it into a new piece of paper. By reusing newspaper we can reduce deforestation. Therefore we don’t have to cut down trees as much as we did. If we reduce deforestation, our environment will have more trees which produce oxygen and prevent our environment from flood and landslide.


Material:
-Old newspaper
-Blender
-Coat hanger
-Nylon stocking
-Bowl
-Iron
-Cutting board
-Paper towel


Procedure:
1: Gather up old sheets of newspaper
2: Take a piece of newspaper and tear them apart (don’t cut them)
3: Place the pieces of paper in a blender
4: Pour hot water onto the blender
5: Let the mixture flow for about 10 minutes
6: Then turn on the blender at full speed
7: Bend the coat hanger until its shape is like a loop
8: Cover the looped up coat hanger with an old nylon stocking. This will be our screen
9: Place the ‘screen’ over the bowl and pour the liquid to the ‘screen’
10: Now place the screen on 2 sheets of paper towel
11: Take those two piece of cloth to the cutting board
12: Iron out the paper towels and ask mom and dad to help you out
13: Remove the paper towels and remove the paper from the screen
Voila! Check out your new well old wait new or old oh I know recycled paper!

My group and I want the performace a sculpture. The story is, a man is ryding gis motor bike. He made many pollution and did not care. An alien see what is happening from planet Mars. So the alins come in earth. The aliens have been here long time ago. Now the aliens said the earth is hotter, way hotter than before. 3 days later the aliens died bacause of the heat the aliens are getting everyday. The guy with the motorcycle still didn't care . He know he has killed many people and killed the aliens but he just keep rydining his motor bike. One day there was a big rain in his place. He was panic and ade a stupid decision. He went out and used his motor bike that make pollution. The world is mad at him and puor more rain into his plase at last the rain made his home city drowned way deep under the ocean and no where to be found.

I want my performance to be 8-12 min. If it is long the audience can be boring. The audience will no that if we make pollution more and more many people and other creatures will die. The costumes is tourist costume.

Climate change is when weather and temperature is not in the right time. Climate change is because what man has done. Man his making carbondioxide more and more. Teh carbondioxide will damage the ozone layer. Uv rays will come in earth and the temperature will rise. Some parts of the world will have more rain and some will have less rain. Like in bogor when it is supose to be rainy season it didn't rain. Some of the parts in Indonesia are having less suplies in water. Some of the parts in Indonesia has more rain tan usally that the place floods.

When cliamte change is affecting to the world, not only humans are affected. Animals are affected too. More rain are coming or no rain. Some of the parts in the world has to much rain and floods are starting in there environment. Some have no rain. The animals are suffering without water.

My exibition is about climate change. My group are Ayu, Sam and Darren. We call our group Climate Gaurdians. Our slogan is I don't want to die because of me.
